St. Michael's Cemetery is operated as a nonprofit organization, established to meet the needs of the families of the departed members of the congregation of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Cobourg and any other persons who wish to be interred in St. Michael's Cemetery. The Cemetery is operated under the auspices of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario and is administered by the St. Michael's Cemetery Board of Directors.
